Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all DCC sales leads (including online marketing reserved customers, Group 400 sales leads, sales leads in activities such as forwarding customers by manufacturers’ APP, outreach, defeated customers, dormant customers, customers actively developed by DCC, etc.), and invite them into the store;
- Maintain DCC customer information and manage customer files to ensure safety and confidentiality;
- Maintain the relationship with customers to ensure customer satisfaction;
- Understand the current media launch, market activities, inventory and other information;
- Put forward reasonable suggestions on DCC network marketing and DCC sales policy;
- Implement the standard sales service process and dealer standards;
- Implement the company’s rules and regulations, business processes, etc;
- Complete the training and study of the manufacturer and the group on time and pass the examination to continuously improve the ability;
- Submit all kinds of forms and reports on time;
- Timely and accurate entry and maintenance of relevant information systems of the Group;
- Accurately maintain and use all kinds of learning systems, office systems and business systems of manufacturers and groups within the authority of this position;
- Complete other tasks assigned by superiors;
Requirements:
Work Experience: more than 1 year experience in automobile sales is preferred;
Knowledge and Skills: good language skills, communication skills, adaptability and learning ability; have a certain affinity;
