Job Requirements

Academic qualifications and vocational training

College degree or above, major in finance or statistics is preferred;

Work Experience

At least 1 year working experience in automobile industry;

Professional Knowledge and Ability

Master marketing related knowledge; Understand the automobile industry and be familiar with the relevant knowledge of automobile products;

Good sales and negotiation skills, communication and expression skills, relationship development and maintenance skills, and strong plan execution skills;

Strong initiative, positive working attitude, love car sales; Have strong enterprising spirit and be brave to face challenges;

Familiar with the operation of all kinds of office software and have a driver’s license;

Assist the sales manager to track the sales completion and update the sales performance management billboard every day;

Log in to the system in time to view relevant information;

Recording and sorting of data;

Analysis and statistics of data

Log in the system to report to the sales manager according to the plan and inventory situation of the day, and order goods from the manufacturer according to the actual situation.

Fill in the “Purchase Form” and ask for the approval of the sales manager, financial manager and general manager, and then apply for payment to the finance department. All the relevant materials of the sales department (sorting, binding and archiving the daily report of business activities, meeting minutes, customer registration form and other materials) in the whole year are input into the system in time to the new customers who order that day, as well as the car delivery and pickup business.
