Administrative Personnel
- Make all kinds of personnel reports every month (attendance sheet, payroll, performance summary, health duty shift schedule, holiday notice);
- Post job information on major recruitment software, screen candidates’ resumes, sign employee contracts, and handle entry and exit procedures;
- Establish and maintain the company’s personnel file system and manage employees’ personnel files;
- Be responsible for the company express delivery, do a good job of office supplies inventory management and monthly office expense report;
- Assist the head of the business department to complete the monthly performance release, formulate the training plan and organize the training of the sales department;
- Organize the company staff league activities.
Job Requirements
Age: 18-30 years old.
Education: college degree or above.
Ability: lively and cheerful personality, excellent organization and communication skills, good written and oral expression skills, execution and service awareness, responsibility, self-motivation and team awareness, self-adjustment, strong pressure resistance and good learning ability.
Experience: major in human resources and management is preferred, and half a year or above working experience in personnel administration related positions.
Basic skills: be skillful use of office software and office automation equipment.
Working hours: 9: 00 am to 6: 00 pm, with six days off and one day off, and normal holidays.
